The SSAT is the required admission test at many independent schools throughout the world. It is designed for students from grades 3 to 11, and is administered on three levels: Elementary, Middle and Upper.
The SSAT score is an important criterion as part of the application to an international school. The purpose is to measure the verbal, quantitative and reading skills of students that were developed over time.
Elementary level SSAT: grades 3 – 4
Middle level SSAT: grades 5 – 7
Upper level SSAT: grades 8 – 11.
At AEiE, we prepare students for the Upper level SSAT. The course is for one month, with classes scheduled 4 days a week, 2 hours each time. It is an intensive preparation, not just during class time, but also for homework. We use a variety of material developed for enhancing a student’s existing capabilities, which helps them achieve better. Throughout the preparation we conduct brief tests to ensure the student is reaching the desired score. Towards the final date, a series of exams are conducted and then reviewed. Parents are kept in the loop throughout the preparation.
Our latest SSAT score was a 2150 (out of 2400).
